Census of Info Points 14 and France Services in the Calvados Department (simplified version).
Info Points 14 are part of the departmental policy to improve access to public services. They allow remote users of services to have free access to an information and contact point with many administrations, via the Internet and videoconferencing. A referent welcomes, advises and guides the user on the various administrative procedures, but also on home helpers (householding, gardening, etc.).
**Collection context**
The conditions for opening an Info Point 14 are set by the Department and are the subject of an agreement with the community hosting Point Info 14.
The Department supports the host community by equipping Point Info 14 with a computer and printer, as well as Point Info 14 signage. It also coordinates the training of referents with the partners with whom it signs an agreement.
In order to monitor Info Points 14, the Directorate for Territorial Development and European Funds of the Calvados Department has identified Info Points 14 on the departmental territory.
**Collection method**
The Geographic Information Hub of the Calvados Department geocoding data, transmitted by the Directorate for Territorial Development and European Funds, and generated a vector layer of points locating each Info Point14.
