Port buildings belonging to the Brittany Region

In 2018, the Brittany Region carried out an internal audit on its management of all its real estate assets. The final report required the Region to make a comprehensive inventory of its built heritage in order to manage it in accordance with the regulations and the rules of the art in this area. The Directorate-General for Services (DGS) then drafted a mission letter to DIL to carry out the inventory and management of built assets. Only, human resources were already very busy with the management of the high schools’ wealth. It was then decided that the building-owning directorates would take care of it themselves, but still under the supervision of the DIL.
