Position of aerial photos of floods in Lorraine

The dataset contains the position of aerial flood photos in Lorraine, with an arrow that specifies the shooting direction of the photo. An attribute contains an internet link to the aerial flood photo. SNNE located the photos by comparing them with the BD ORTHO IGN and recorded the information about the photos in a database. The positions of the flood photos d''October 2006 and December 2011 correspond to the position of the camera at the time of shooting. For the latter, there is a discrepancy with reality since the photos are oblique.
