Positive Energy Territories for Green Growth in Brittany

The Call for Projects “Positive Energy Territories for Green Growth” (TEPCV) was launched in 2015 to bring out exemplary territories in environmental and environmental matters. energy, by stimulating projects and exchanging good practices.
