A Green Growth Positive Energy Territory (TEPCV) is a territory of excellence in the energy and ecological transition. The community is committed to reducing the energy needs of its inhabitants, construction, economic activities, transportation and recreation. It proposes a comprehensive programme for a new, more sober and economical development model. Six policy areas are prioritised in these territories Reducing energy consumption: in particular, work on the insulation of public buildings, the extinction of public lighting after a certain hour...
