The data from this layer reflect the different regulatory areas corresponding to the sectors impacted by the marine submersion of the PPRL Baie de Pont Mahé/Traict de PenBé approved on April 25, 2019 and opposable on June 11, 2019.
These were defined according to the two deadlines studied (reference hazard and risk to maturity 100 years), the degree of exposure to marine submersion and the risk of marine submersion; land use (stakes).
This layer includes zones BC, R, r, b, R100, B100 and v100.
This PPRL concerns the municipalities of Assérac, Mesquer, Piriac-sur-Mer, Saint-Molf.
__Origin__
This layer comes from the crossing:
— the different levels of marine submersion hazard for the reference event (Xynthia + 20 cm) and the event with a maturity of 100 years (Xynthia + 60 cm) defined in the territory of the PPRL,
— and the geographical database, the BD-MOS 44 of the Conseil départemental de Loire Atlantique, which corresponds to a mapping inventory of the modes of land in Loire Atlantique in 2016 (scale d' interpretation of the data at 1/5000).
