PPRL Côte de Jade: Regulatory zoning for erosion in Loire-Atlantique

The data for this layer correspond to the Erc zone of the PPRL Côte de Jade exposed to the risk of marine submersion approved on 12 February 2019 and opposable on 27 March 2019. This group includes the sectors impacted by coastal erosion and therefore likely to have disappeared by 100 years horizon. This PPRL concerns the municipalities of Saint-Brévin-les-Pins, Saint-Michel-Chef-Chef, La Plaine-sur-Mer and Préfailles. __Origin__ The boundaries of a restricted zone are represented on the graphical documents of the PPR. Regulatory limits are generally set on natural phenomena, which do not follow cadastral or administrative boundaries. A PPR determines the boundaries of the different restricted zones according to the calculated right-of-way of the hazardous phenomena of the site.Some PPRs may sometimes contain regulations associated with linear or punctual figures (cavities, runoff axis...).
