Pre-location corresponds to the identification of probable marshes and wetlands. It consisted of visual prospecting on orthophotoplanes throughout the territory to locate all sites likely to be related to a wetland.
__Origin__
This photo-interpretation pre-location work was carried out with the software GIS (Geographic Information System) MapInfo.L'S & #x27 analysis;is based on the following available data: the aerial photo (BD ORTHO), the relief (Digital Terrain Model), the hydrographic network, the geological map.L' identification of ' a probable wetland is made by observations of color and texture of aerial photographic images, coupled with the other data for their interpretation. The contour of the identified areas is drawn and the tables identifying the #x27; object are completed (index corresponding to the typology of the ZH and a confidence index). The pre-location s' is carried out in 4 phases: a setting of l'interpretation, the entry on the whole territory, carried out on the ORTHO BD, the synthesis of the results.
Pre-localisation is therefore not intended to replace or be assimilated to the procedures of ' inventories, which s' support systematic field recognitions.
