Présences et absences des élus régionaux Hauts-de-France (mandat 2016-2021)

The presence/absence of elected representatives at the Hauts-de-France Regional Council corresponds to the reality at the meeting: Physical presence or absence in the bodies (plenary sessions, standing committees and thematic committees) or distancing themselves from the Standing Committee on 2 April 2020. The concept is therefore binary. Unlike unjustified absences which are taken into account in the calculation of the reduction of the elected allowances. Keeping the list of attendance/absences at the meeting makes it possible to determine whether there is a quorum and whether the votes are valid. This list shall be entered in the minutes of the sittings.
