Priority action area for agri-environmental climate measures (MAEC ZAP) for the “grass” issue outside the plain area in Languedoc-Roussillon (2014)

Zoning carried out under the rural development programme Languedoc-Roussillon (LR) 2014-2020, delimiting part of the Priority Action Area (PAA) relating to the ‘herb’ issue. The right-of-way of the layer corresponds to all the municipalities not located in the plain area of Languedoc-Roussillon on which an issue of maintaining the surface still in the bud (STH) was identified from the distribution of the STH on this area in 2012. The area designated as ''outside#x27;' plain corresponds to all the mountain, high mountain and foothill areas of the LR as defined under the compensation policy for natural disability. The layer was produced on the basis of the municipal repository of the BD-CARTO of l'IGN. This is a request by join on the INSEE code between the municipalities of the data source and the municipalities of the geographical repository. All communal objects obtained topologically adjacent are then aggregated to form areas designated as off- Plains. __Origin__ This JDD was created on the perimeter of the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region during the heritage harmonisation project in July 2016.
