Professional Equality Report Women-Men: permanent staff per working time

Law No 2012-347 of 12 March 2012 on access to and improvement of the conditions of employment of contract staff in the civil service, on combating discrimination and laying down various provisions relating to the civil service and, in particular, Article 51**: **Each year a report on equality between women and men shall be submitted to the technical committees, including data on recruitment, training, working time, career promotion, working conditions, remuneration and the relationship between professional activity and personal life.** **Decree No 2013-1313 of 27 December 2013** on the annual report on professional equality between women and men in the civil service. This dataset covers the component **_Permanent staff at the Haute-Garonne Departmental Council by sex and working time_** of the report. **Each report covers data from the year preceding the year of publication of the report.**
