The general interest programme (PIG) is a programme of actions initiated by local and regional authorities benefiting from#x27; an agreement for the delegation of aid to stone. This layer also includes POPACs: Operational programme for prevention and support for co-ownerships
The Popac is a device that allows to accompany the condominiums to avoid the accentuation of their difficulties. Support generally helps to absorb debts before they become too large. It also intervenes on the governance of the co-ownership so that the decisions necessary for the recovery can be made.

The geometry of PIG is constructed by the geometric aggregation of the polygons representing the municipalities concerned by this PIG. This perimeter corresponds here to the EPCI.
