Dataset description
Pursuant to Article D. 224-15-13 II of the above-mentioned Environmental Code, the data relating to renewals of vehicle fleets and the proportion of low and very low-emission vehicles in those renewals are defined and made available in accordance with the rules laid down in the benchmark annexed to [Order of 29 December 2020](https://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/loda/id/JORFTEXT000042754492/2022-10-12/).
It sets out the terms and conditions for publishing the percentage of low- and very low-emission vehicles among vehicles integrated in a fleet renewal.
