Public contracts concluded in 2021 — City of Clermont-Ferrand

This dataset provides access to data on public contracts concluded by the City of Clermont-Ferrand, for the year 2021 whose value is equal to or more than EUR 25 000 excluding tax. This dataset respects the main principles of the Common Local Data Pillar: Public contracts are each presented by its identifier number, the buyer’s identifier, the nature of the contract, a summary description of the subject matter of the contract or lot, the procurement procedure used, the initial duration of the contract, and the maximum flat-rate or estimated amount HT. The data shall be updated annually for a period between 01 January and 31 December of each year. Articles R. 2196-1 and R. 3131-1 of the Code provide that local authorities will have to offer free, direct and complete access on their buyer profile to essential public procurement data responding to a need with a value equal to or greater than EUR 25 000 tax. Annex 15 to the code version 22 March 2019 on the essential data of public order sets out a specific list of essential data for each type of contract, public procurement and concession contracts, as well as the formats and modalities for the publication of such data.
