Easements of public utility (SUP) of type PM3 result from the establishment of technological risk prevention plans (PPRTs) designed to limit the effects of #x27; accidents likely to occur in facilities classified for the protection of #x27; environment (ICPE) included in the list provided for in IV of #x27; article L.515-8 of the code of l' environment. L' base of #x27; an easement is l' surface object representing the #x27; envelope of the regulatory zoning sectors of the PPRT. A public utility is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; effect of #x27; a regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; land occupancy of the surrounding land. The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of suppressing the servitude(s) associated with it. Only a new act of annulment or #x27; repeal taken by the competent authority may legally remove the effects of the easement(s) in question. The Act instituting this SUP is the prefectural decree of #x27; approval of the corresponding PPRTs. __Origin__ L' plate d' a PM3 easement is equal to the path of the generator. It corresponds to the regulatory areas of the PPRTs. They were obtained by duplication of the corresponding surface objects.
