The generator is a geographical entity whose nature or function induces, under #x27; an effect of regulation, constraints on the modalities of #x27; occupation of the soil of surrounding lands.The disappearance or destruction on the ground of the generator n' has no consequence of suppressing the servitude(s) associated with it.
