Dataset description

This dataset centralises for each year (between 20214 and 2021) several aggregate variables on the residential real estate market at the municipal level: — The number of mutations — The number of sales of houses and apartments — The average price of goods sold — The average price per m² of the goods sold — The average area of the goods sold The identification (and join) field of the municipalities is based on the INSEE code (COG 2022) This data is derived from a processing of the geolocated DVF database
