The DVF (Requests for Fountain Values) database exhaustively lists all real estate transactions carried out for consideration. The indicators characterising the real estate market are calculated from this database. They are available from the communal scale. Origin of the data: DVF is a database made available free of charge by DGFiP to beneficiaries. It lists, in a comprehensive manner, real estate transfers for consideration with information on the prices, location or nature of the goods sold.
