Land designed for the passage or stay of Travellers
A traveller’s reception ground generically designates all land permanently or intermittently designed for the passage or stay of Travellers. The common characteristic of these lands is to be realised and managed by a community that can be either a commune, a group of communes or an intercommunality. Some of them benefit from a grant from the State.
A plot of land for Travellers can be registered in the departmental scheme of #x27; reception for Travellers (i.e. #x27 areas; reception areas and areas of large passages) or not (i.e. small crossing areas and rental family grounds). There are municipalities that have landed; welcome for Travellers outside the departmental schemes. The reception areas, the areas of large passages and small passages and the family rental grounds are the four types of land representative of the \#x27; public action for the #x27th; welcome of Travellers.
The areas listed in the SDAGV receive assistance from the State by prefectural decree. This assistance can be supplemented by grants from the region, the department and the funds of the family allowance. The financial contribution of the State relates to the investments necessary for the development and rehabilitation of permanent areas of #x27; reception of 70 % of the expenditure incurred within 2 years of the publication of the scheme. Aid from the State for the management of the areas of #x27; reception can supplement the aid for the #x27th year; investment. Similarly, the law authorises the participation of the department up to a maximum of 25 % of the operating costs of the areas.
A land can be realised by one or more communal or intercommunal communities that are identified in the N_REL_TERRAIN_GV_MO_ddd relationship table.
This data is also related to table #1367 using the ID_SDAGV field allowing to identify the prescribing SDAGV.
__Origin__
The landing grounds for Travellers are geometrically modeled by their grip, which is generally well defined in reality. Land can be carried over to the cadastral geographical repository (when the land covers one or more cadastral parcels), or identified on the orthophotographic repository, or entered from a situation plan.
