Regional Finality Aid Zone (AFR) in 2017 in Sarthe.

Decree No 2017-648 of 26 April 2017 amending Decree No 2014-758 of 2 July 2014. Amending the Decree defines, for the period 2014-2020, the areas, conditions and limits under which regional aid may be considered compatible with the internal market pursuant to Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 of 17 June 2014 declaring certain categories of aid; aid compatible with the internal market and in accordance with the European Commission guidelines of 23 July 2013 on aid for regional purposes; regional aid for the period 2014-2020 and the Commission decision of 7 May 2014 approving the French map of zones d' regional aid. This aid will contribute to the development of regions in difficulty by supporting in particular productive investments by large enterprises and SMEs or the creation of jobs linked to these investments.
