Regional Strategic Studies Fund (FRES) in Pays de la Loire

Financial table monitoring of the Regional Fund of Strategic Studies (FRES) in Pays de la Loire from 2011 to today. In order to support and feed the diagnosis and strategic thinking prior to the elaboration of a New Regional Contract or its addendum, the Pays de la Loire Region has set up a Regional Strategic Studies Fund (FRES), endowed with 2 million euros for 3 years. The territory wishing to do so can therefore request the support of the Region through this fund to help it prepare planning or analysis documents, which will notably feed into the construction of its New Regional Contract. This support concerns the conduct of studies and/or diagnoses at local level on themes considered as priorities: \- in the field of economics, employment and training: local economic development plan, local agriculture and food plan, tourism scheme, international strategy... \- in the field of “human and territorial solidarity”: territorial Health Diagnostics, Local Habitat Program (PLH), Youth Scheme, Territorial Coherence Schema (Scot)... \- in the field of mobility and environment: local transport scheme, territorial energy climate plan, biodiversity plan...
