The objective of the regulatory zoning phase is to delineate homogeneous zones in terms of prohibitions, prescriptions or recommendations or with regard to land use, both for new projects and for existing goods. The principles of this zoning are based in particular on a confrontation between the different levels of hazard previously identified and the assessment of existing and future issues characterising the surface.
__Origin__
As a first step, contiguous building areas were defined by creating buffer zones of 40 m around existing buildings at a given date.
These contiguous building areas were then reduced to the periphery of 25 m in order to identify the frame more closely.
DATA QUALITY: The urban task was defined by automating the processing of d''information. This treatment has approximations and inaccuracies. It nevertheless makes it possible to identify major trends, especially in areas of residential habitat.
— The first information used is the date of construction of the buildings which is provided in the MAJIC database. Not all buildings are dated, which generates inaccuracies. Built areas cannot be assigned to a task at a given date. This applies in particular to buildings for use of '' activity, commerce or public buildings.
— There is no unique identifier for buildings in the MAJIC database. It was therefore not possible to make a link between the building (geographical object) and the data of that building in MAJIC. By default, the date of construction of the oldest building on a plot was assigned to all buildings in the same plot.
