Dataset description

The Risk Prevention Plans (P.P.R) codified in Articles L 562-1 to L 562-7 and R 562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, relating to the prevention of foreseeable natural hazards, the implementation of which falls under Decree No 95-1089 of 5 October 1995, is one of the tools for the implementation of the State’s flood prevention policy, which was redefined in the Inter-Ministerial Committee of 24 January 1994. This legislative and regulatory framework was supplemented by the Law of 30 July 2003. The Argens basin suffered on 15 June 2010 an exceptional stormy event that caused serious damage. A plan to prevent natural flood hazards related to the presence of Argens and Vernède in the municipality of Puget sur Argens was prescribed on 8 September 2010. The Plan for the Prevention of Natural Risks of Floodation on the commune Puget sur Argens was approved by prefectural decree of 20 December 2013. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone is the subject of an opposable regulation. The Regulation distinguishes between different types of zones: — ‘red zones’, prohibition zones including sub-areas; — ‘blue zones’, areas subject to prescription including sub-areas; — low hydrographic areas where the level of risk exposure is not specified in the MIP; — exceptional hazard areas. Regulatory zoning is the result of crossing the hazard with urban issues. The hazard map (=crossing heights/speeds) was made by a design office by modeling on Lidar support, reported on a Scan25©IGN2011. Adjustments were made to the parcel as part of the postponement of regulatory zoning on a cadastral background. In addition, the regulatory map shows: — the low hydrographic areas resulting from the Atlas of Flood Zones Crossed with Exzeco (Extraction of Flow Zones) & 1 km²; — exceptional hazard areas corresponding to a millennial hazard. __Origin__ Geometric modelling depends on the type of l' challenge and its modeling in the data source or geographical repository from which it comes. A stake is usually represented by a polygon, a polyline, or a point with a spatial resolution sufficient to appreciate s' it is concerned by one or more zones of #x27;aira. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Var, DDTM83/SAD/BR __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-8c43c6cb-c196-4ad2-b603-c032fe80927c) * [XML metadata view](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/srv/fre/xml_iso19139?uuid=fr-120066022-jdd-a69ca0aa-41ad-4f38-a7a7-e0a234d39061) * [HTML view of metadata on the Internet](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/apps/search/?uuid=fr-120066022-jdd-a69ca0aa-41ad-4f38-a7a7-e0a234d39061) * [associated download service](http://atom.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/atomMetadata/GetResourceDescription?id=d80ab2890a323f30082c7e5abdfa1a9c&scope=INTERNET) * [COVADIS data standard: Risk Prevention Plan PPRN PPRT](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?id=15) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/384df8e0ff67aa0ad11ef9c43a3198c29abc1fbc)
