Dataset description

The Risk Prevention Plans (P.P.R) codified in Articles L562-1 to L562-7 and R562-1 et seq. of the Environmental Code, relating to the prevention of foreseeable natural hazards, the implementation of which falls under Decree No 95-1089 of 5 October 1995, is one of the tools for the implementation of the State’s flood prevention policy, which was redefined in the Inter-Ministerial Committee of 24 January 1994. This legislative and regulatory framework was supplemented by the Law of 30 July 2003. The Plan for the Prevention of Natural Risks of Floodation in the commune of Sainte Maxime, linked to the presence of the rivers the Préconil and the Bouillonnet, was approved by prefectural decree of 9 February 2001. A regulation refers to prohibition and/or limitation measures according to the different areas mapped. The revision of the PPRI of Sainte-Maxime was prescribed by prefectural decree of 22/07/2011. In 1995 hazard studies were carried out by a design office and provided in paper form. The hazard thus realised, a map on paper was provided. This hazard allowed, after the application of a constructibility grid, to determine a digitalised and postponed regulatory zoning on a background IGN1998©EDR 25. A separate mapinfo table existed for each type of zoning: R1, R2, B1 and B2. These 4 tables were then merged to create a single table. __Origin__ The trail path is a geo-referenced report in Lambert 93 on the cartographic background ‘ortho littorale v2 du MEDDE’ of the servitude in application in the code of l’' urban planning over a width of three metres in the riparian properties of the maritime public domain (see Articles L121-31 to L121-37 L171-1, and R121-9 to R121-32). The data are updated annually according to the evolution of the route “provisional or definitively closed sections by municipal decree” or for the opening of a new trail path. __Partner organisations__ DDTM Var, DDTM83/SAD/BR __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-34e18415-4933-46cc-a78d-a296939aac01) * [Dynamic Mapping of the Var DDTM](http://carto.geo-ide.application.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/814/internet.map) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/ecdda8fd34b3db1755c873f4535ce0376e56366a)
