Dataset description

The Plan for the Prevention of Natural Risks of Forest Incendies in the commune of Saint Raphael was approved by prefectural decree of 27 July 2007 and amended on 31 July 2015. For natural PPRs, the code of l'environment defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures may be planned to avoid d’#x27; exacerbate the risk. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone is the subject of an opposable regulation. Regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- ‘zones d' prohibition to build’, known as ‘red zones’, where the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition on building; 2- ‘zones subject to requirements’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the level of hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; stakes; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, development or agricultural, forestry, artisanal, commercial or industrial operations could aggravate or cause new risks, subject to prohibitions or requirements (cf. Article L562-1 of the Code of the Environment). The latter category is only applicable to natural PPRs. The establishment of the Fire Risk Prevention Plan of Saint-Raphaël was prescribed by prefectural decree of 13 October 2003. The perimeter studied encompasses the entire territory of the municipality. This data represents the regulatory zoning of the PPRIF amended on 31/07/2015. The PPRIF of Saint-Raphaël was approved on 27/07/2007. The data were created on the basis of an EDR 25 topographic background dating back to 2005. The regulatory zoning of the PPRIF reveals zones B0 subject to work which, once completed, change the classification of these zones. — On 12/01/2009, a prefectural decree amends zoning as a result of work carried out. — On 31/07/2015, a prefectural decree amends the zoning as a result of new work carried out. This zoning has been postponed to a more recent background: SCAN25@IGN2012. __Origin__ The PPRIF of Saint-Raphaël was approved on 27/07/2007. The data were created on the basis of an EDR 25 topographic background dating back to 2005.
