Remarkable Fauunistic Heritage of Fresh Waters in Brittany

Freshwater streams in Brittany with remarkable fauna: eel, alose, sea lamprey, Atlantic salmon, sea trout, otter, pearl mussel, beaver and streams with integrity of fish habitat. __Origin__ Account is taken of wildlife information (eel presence, alose, sea lamprey, Atlantic salmon, sea trout, otter, pearl mussel, beaver) and information on the Habitat Assessment Network (fish habitat in good to very good condition). The data are synthesised into three values: 1 = presence of a single species 2 = presence of 2 to 4 species 3 = presence of more than 4 fish species or habitats in good to very good condition.
