Since 2016, Le [Ministry of Housing](http://www.logement.gouv.fr/) has put online a [site](http://www.encadrementdesloyers.gouv.fr/) to allow everyone to know if a rent is included in the framework. This is a very good initiative but still no data in #OpenData... Here you will find the 2015, 2016 and 2017 data for rent management in Paris and the 2016 data for Lille. This data is extracted from http://www.encadrementdesloyers.gouv.fr/ and compiled into a CSV file and a geojson file. The extraction code is available at https://github.com/yanport/data-encadrement-des-loyers
