Report Water Framework Directive 2010: inventory and characteristics of surface water bodies per DCE basin

Information on surface DCE water bodies (river waters, lakes, transitional waters, coastal waters) France as a whole, by detailed elements grouped according to the following themes (simplified here): —identification, —geographical characteristics, —typology, pressures and impacts, —global, ecological and chemical state or potential, depending on the nature of the mass of water. A file is available for each DCE basin. All elements and field filling rules are explained in the xsd SWB_3p0.xsd file accessible for download by the link to the associated xsd file. Directive 2000/60/EC, known as the Water Framework Directive (WFD), establishes a framework for Community action in the field of water policy.
