Report Water Framework Directive 2012: mid-term review of the programmes of measures.

Information on the progress of the measures programmes reported in 2010. The structure is based on the following main elements detailed in the WFD: —the basic measures of Article 11-3a, —the basic measures of Article 11-3b to l, —additional and additional measures of Articles 11(4) and 11-5. An XML file is available for each pool. All the elements and the rules for filling fields are explained in the file xsd IMP_POM_2p0.xsd accessible to download by the associated link. This report meets the Community requirement of #x27; Article 15.3 of the Framework Directive on Water, which provides that: ‘Member States shall submit, within three years of the publication or updating of each river basin management plan under Article 13, an interim report describing the status of each river basin management plan; progress in the implementation of the planned programme of measures.’ Article R.212-23 of the code de l'environment transposes Article #x27 of the WFD into French law as follows: “Within three years of the publication of the multiannual programme of measures, the prefect coordinating basin shall submit to the Basin Committee a summary of the implementation of that programme, identifying, where appropriate, the difficulties and delays identified and proposing the necessary additional measures.
