This dataset “Requests for Land Values”, published and produced by the Directorate-General for Public Finance at the national level, makes it possible to know the real estate transactions that have taken place over the last five years in the territory of the city of Anglet. The data contained are derived from notarial acts and cadastral information.
In accordance with Decree No 2018-1350 of 28 December 2018 on the publication in electronic form of information relating to property values declared in connection with real estate transfers, this DVF file is now available in open data.
The publication of this data meets the objective of transparency of land and real estate markets.
The DVF file contains personal data and the DGFiP draws your attention to the legal obligations arising therefrom.
* Article R112 A-3 of the Tax Procedures Book provides that the use of these files shall not permit the re-identification of the persons concerned, indirectly.
* Re-use of data should not allow indexing of data from external search engines.
