Requirements of Lassur’s local urban planning plan

The surface requirements of the local urban planning plan (PLU) are digitised in accordance with the national requirements of the CNIG. The requirements of a PLU are defined in the \#x27; article R123-11 of the code of n°#x27; urban planning and are in the form of \#x27; information that appear on the graphical documents of the PLU. A prescription superimposed on an area of the document d' urban planning generally exerts an additional constraint on the settlement of the zone. In this dataset are the surface requirements of TYPE 01 (classified wooded areas) and 05 (reserved locations) if they appear on the graphical documents of the PLU. __Origin__ Reconstruction by digitisation at the PLU’s regulated paper zoning screen. Digitisation follows the national requirements of the CNIG standard (October 2014).
