Dataset description

For natural PPRs, the code of l'environment defines two categories of zones (L562-1): risk-exposed areas and areas that are not directly exposed to risks but where measures may be planned to avoid d’#x27; exacerbate the risk. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone is the subject of an opposable regulation. Regulations generally distinguish three types of zones: 1- “zones d' prohibition to build”, so-called “red zones”, when the level of #x27; hazard is strong and the general rule is #x27; prohibition to build; 2- “prescription zones”, so-called “blue zones”, where the level of #x27; hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; issue; 3- areas not directly exposed to risks but where constructions, structures, development or agricultural, forestry, artisanal, commercial or industrial operations could aggravate or cause new risks, subject to prohibitions or requirements (see Article L562-1 of the Code of the Environment). The latter category is only applicable to natural PPRs. __Origin__ Three genealogies are possible to obtain the series of data constituting a PPR:* L' elaboration of the PPR has taken place a posteriori of the publication of this standard. The master of the PPR was able to take into account the technical specifications of the PPR standard from the start of the procedure.* L' preparation of the PPR and the publication of this standard are concurrent. The geographical data had to be the subject of a “hot” standardisation during the procedure, taking advantage of the knowledge of all stakeholders in the file.* The publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may include the retrieval of pre-existing geographical data as a part of digitisation. This metadata may be usefully supplemented by the characteristics specific to the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been complied with or possibly measured, and specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used. __Partner organisations__ DDT Haute-Savoie __Links annexes__ * [HTML view of metadata on the Internet](http://catalogue.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/catalogue/srv/fre/catalog.search#/metadata/fr-120066022-jdd-a182824c-6fb0-410e-adcd-c7522bfdd7b6) * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-jdd-a182824c-6fb0-410e-adcd-c7522bfdd7b6) * [COVADIS data standard: Table containing all restricted zones of a PPRN.](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?jeu=N_ZONE_REG_PPRN_AAAANNNN_L) * [basic URL of wms/wfs services on the Internet](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/wxs?map=/opt/data/carto/geoide-catalogue/1.4/org_38090/e6330c7c-783f-4d53-bad7-75ffc113d51c.internet.map) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/e2f125ceee9bf12aa224136b16dcd90ab1688f6f)
