Risk Prevention Plans (RPPs) are the key instrument for risk prevention. Their objective is to control development in areas at risk.
L' development of a risk prevention plan generates a series of spatial datasets organised into several datasets including a spatial dataset of the restricted areas of the plan once approved. PPR regulations generally distinguish between “zones d' prohibition to build”, so-called “red zones”, where the level of ' hazard is strong and the general rule is the “prohibition to build”; “prescription areas”, known as “blue zones” when the level of #x27; hazard is average and projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of #x27; stakes and areas not directly exposed to risks but subject to prohibitions or prescriptions;
— hazard zones shown on the map of hazards used in #x27; risk analysis by crossing the stakes, specifying for each zone the level of hazards to which it is exposed;
— stakes which are persons, property, activities and elements of cultural or environmental heritage threatened by a hazard and likely to be affected or damaged by it;
— origins of risk, i.e. the real-world entity which, by its presence, represents a potential risk. This entity can be characterised by a name, a reference to an external object, or a geographical object l' real entity at the origin of the risk.
The same PPRN dataset is bound by the GASPAR identifier in the format “ddd[PREF|DDT|DDTM|DREAL]aaaaaaannnn” (AAAA and NNNN corresponding to the reference year and number d' order of the PPR procedure associated in GASPAR) to a single object.
__Origin__
— Publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may involve the resumption of pre-existing geographical data as part of digitisation.
— Capture map scale: from 1/2000th to 1/10000th
— Data wealth of risk units consisting of PPR files prescribed or approved by the Prefect
