For PPRTs, the code of l'environment defines a single category of zones for zones (L515-15 et seq.): areas exposed to risk. Unlike natural RPPs, PPRTs never have restricted areas that are not directly exposed to risks. Depending on the level of d'aira, each zone of the PPRT is the subject of an opposable regulation. The PPRT Regulations generally distinguish between two types of zones:1- the ‘zones d' prohibition of construction’, known as ‘red zones’, where the level of ' hazard is strong and the general rule is the prohibition on building;2- ‘areas subject to requirements’, known as ‘blue zones’, where the level of #x27; hazard is average and the projects are subject to requirements adapted to the type of d' issue. The instructions in the guide d' PPRT development add a gradation to the ‘red zones’ and ‘blue zones’.

Source of data
The RPLS file is filled in by the social donors, and consolidated by the Statistical Data and Studies Services (SDES) of the Ministry of Ecological and Solidarity Transition.
In the table of attributes above, the fields marked ‘[UDEA75]’ were added by PECT in the context of geolocation and determination of the convention number associated with housing; the others are the original fields of the file.
Geolocation method
The geolocation of housing was carried out from the addresses entered in the RPLS file detail vintage 2018 when the housing was already geolocated there.
Otherwise, the geolocation of the dwellings was carried out from the addresses entered in the RPLS file detail vintage 2015 when the housing was already geolocated there.
Finally, for the remaining records, the address base of the City of Paris, version April 2019, available on the opendata platform of the City of Paris was used.
The file is therefore geolocated by successive comparison with the 2018 RPLS files, RPLS 2015 and the address base of the city of Paris. The geolocation modalities of each record are specified by the surv field.
A surv value equal to 18 means that the address is a carryover of the address of the 2018 RPLS file.
A surv value equal to 15 means that the address is a carryover of the address of the 2015 RPLS file.
A surv value equal to 1 means that the address is a manual — but formal — geolocalisation based on the address base of the city of Paris.
Changes compared to the previous vintage
Nothing.
