Restrictive Business Practices of Competition (PCR) — Criminal Litigation Suites since 2012

Review of the contentious criminal consequences of the action of the Directorate-General for Competition, Consumer Affairs and Fraud Prevention (DGCCRF) in the field of restrictive business practices (PCR). A finding of a breach of PCR may lead to the drawing up of a report sent by the DGCCRF to the public prosecutor. If the record is not filed without action, the consequences which may be given to it are either a settlement or a judgment (1st instance), and possibly a judgment in the event of an appeal against that judgment.
