Saint Brieuc Armor Agglomeration — Sectorisation of the communal map

Urban planning documents of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération — Local urban planning plans (PLU), communal maps and national urban planning regulations (graphic regulations, prescriptions, information, servitudes) of the 32 communes of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomération. The municipal map (CC) is a simplified urban planning document that can be issued by a municipality that does not have a local planning plan (PLU) or a document in place. It determines the procedures for the application of the general rules of the National Planning Regulation (RNU). The municipal map may concern all or part of the communal territory. It can also be developed at the level of an inter-communal structure. The Urban Planning Code defines for municipal maps of the areas where constructions are permitted and those or constructions are not allowed. Municipal maps may also specify areas reserved for the establishment of industrial or craft activities and areas in which identical reconstruction of a building destroyed by a disaster is not permitted.
