Update 14/06/2021: The codes for the characteristics of the dishes have been modified and are now as follows: BIO: Organic Agriculture HARD: Sustainable products VEGE: vegetarian LOC: Brand of Earth of Sources FR: Meat of French origin Update 08/11/2019: Change of the fields “type” and “open” to “commentary week” and “comment” day, to better reflect the content. The base field codes/names remain the same (i.e. “type” and “open”).
