Definition of Trade and Handicraft Safeguard Areas * * * Any transfer of domestic funds, commercial funds or commercial leases within the scope of safeguarding the local trade may be subject to a pre-emption right of the municipality, i.e. the right to purchase it as a matter of priority in order to transfer it to a trader or craftsman. This dataset identifies the areas for which the right of pre-emption applies in the territory of Rueil-Malmaison.
