Information layer containing SAR (Search and Rescue) Areas. This layer contains a description of the French search and rescue services (SAR) zones as well as the location of associated MRCCs (Maritime Rescue Coordination Center). The data covers the areas of responsibility of France. The layer was produced by Shom in accordance with the circular of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO no.
