The layout takes account of the location of the address points and aims to cover all the address points attached to a polling station. The 2017 sectioning was the basis for version 2020. Sector boundaries have been modified and a new sector has been delineated. The layer of polling station sectors version 2020 has undergone topological treatment, so that the sectors are now jointing, without overlay or holes on the non-wood-free Paris entrances. Version 2021 also includes a BV sector to take account of the addition of a special polling station to which the votes of French and Paris detainees are attached. This sector has no real influence (a micropolygon) arbitrarily located in the wood of Vincennes.
