Dataset description

SENSITIVE URBAN AREAS (ZUS) HAVE BEEN REPLACED BY THE PRIORITY NEIGHBOURHOODS OF THE CITY POLICY (QPV) AS OF 1 JANUARY 2015. Sensitive urban areas (ZUS) are sub-urban territories defined by the public authorities to be the priority target of city policy, based on local considerations related to the difficulties faced by the inhabitants of these territories. The law of 14 November 1996 implementing the urban policy recovery pact distinguishes three levels of intervention: — sensitive urban areas (ZUS); — urban revitalisation areas (ZRU); — urban free zones (ZFU). The three levels of ' intervention ZUS, ZRU and ZFU, characterised by devices of ' fiscal and social order of #x27; increasing importance, aim to respond to different degrees of difficulties encountered in these neighborhoods.
