Dataset description

The Servitudes of Public Utility can be categorised into four categories, depending on their objectives: * servitudes relating to the conservation of heritage; * easements relating to the use of certain resources and equipment; * servitudes relating to National Defence; * easements related to public safety and safety. This data standard provides a technical framework describing in detail how to dematerialise these servitudes into a geographic database that is exploitable by a GIS tool and interoperable for separate territories. The scope of this data standard encompasses notions relating to easements: the legal acts establishing them, managers, generators and plates. Simultaneously with the development of this COVADIS data standard, a working group was held under the aegis of the DGALN whose objective was to produce methodological sheets describing the legal bases and geomatics aspects of each servitude category. These sheets complete with a more detailed business description of each easement this standard and are online on the PND Urbanisme website. This COVADIS standard was developed using the standardised SUP categories and the 2007 CNIG SUP model. This standard follows and complements the one on PLUs validated in 2010. This data standard is now to be used within the MEDDTL and the MAAPRAT to store, exploit and exchange the data resulting from the dematerialisation of SUPs. __Origin__ Owners of projects: collecting authorities Project managers who produce the data: offices d' studies commissioned by the supervisors; project Data compiled and validated by DDT 69 (SEN) __Partner organisations__ DDTM Landes __Links annexes__ * [XML metadata view](http://ogc.geo-ide.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/csw/all-dataset?REQUEST=GetRecordById&SERVICE=CSW&VERSION=2.0.2&RESULTTYPE=results&elementSetName=full&TYPENAMES=gmd:MD_Metadata&OUTPUTSCHEMA=http://www.isotc211.org/2005/gmd&ID=fr-120066022-ldd-11c8b817-be8b-4aa9-8f90-3ea425f17f49) * [COVADIS data standard: Collection area v1.0](http://geostandards.developpement-durable.gouv.fr/afficherPageStandard.do?id=1) [See this page on geo.data.gouv.fr](https://geo.data.gouv.fr/fr/datasets/d22803247550b2d5661947ef25c95e31da43a478)
