The publication of the performance and satisfaction indicators of the EFS is part of the “Transparency on the quality and efficiency of the public service” programme launched by the Interministerial Directorate for Public Transformation (DITP). It is in this context that the EFS has chosen to display 4 satisfaction indicators and 2 performance indicators that will be displayed at the donation sites, on this website and on dondesang.efs.sante.fr
This approach is perfectly consistent with the Innovadon program, which draws a new, more modern, digital but still human donation experience for blood donors. The EFS has therefore chosen to ask donors about the overall satisfaction with the last blood donation, the waiting time before donation, the quality of the donor relationship and reception, and the relevance of the information present on dondesang.efs.sante.fr.
These indicators come from the Donor Experience Observatory, a recurring annual survey that measures the quality of service of the EFS and probes the satisfaction of a sample of 30,000 donors out of the 1.6 million who donate their blood each year. This is important because it allows the institution to listen to donors and their expectations.
2 performance indicators are related to loyalty: This is the rate of return to donation of known donors and the rate of return to donation for new donors.
