Perimeter of the afforestations belonging to the municipalities bordering the sea and the lake of Grandlieu, identified by the Territorial Directive of n°#x27; development (DTA) of the l’' estuary of the Loire of 17 July 2006, and to be the subject of a; a classification in wooded area classified to be preserved in the local plans of #x27; urban planning (PLU) after consultation with the departmental commission responsible for nature, landscapes and sites, since they constitute the most significant existing parks and woodlands of the municipality or the grouping of municipalities; (Article L.146-6 — 4th paragraph of the code of urban planning).
