Perimeter of the afforestations belonging to the municipalities bordering the sea and the lake of Grandlieu, identified by the Territorial Directive of n°#x27; development (DTA) of the l’' estuary of the Loire of 17 July 2006, and to be the subject of a; a classification in wooded area classified to be preserved in the local plans of #x27; urban planning (PLU) after consultation with the departmental commission responsible for nature, landscapes and sites, since they constitute the most significant existing parks and woodlands of the municipality or the grouping of municipalities; (Article L.146-6 — 4th paragraph of the code of urban planning). This layer is supplemented by the layer & Quot; Significant wooded spaces within the meaning of the Littoral Law in the Loire Atlantique, only on the estuaries of the Loire and Falleron" which covers significant wooded areas in the municipalities of the estuaries of the Loire and Falleron within the meaning of Article L.321-2 of the Code of l'Environment.
