The waste in question is Household and Assimilated Waste (DMA) collected by the Public Service for the Prevention and Management of Waste (SPPGD). They therefore include a share of waste generated by economic activities.
A biennial survey on household waste treatment facilities known as “ITOM” is carried out on the data of even years from all operators of DMA treatment facilities in France and in the overseas departments and regions (DROM).
The published dataset concerns the directory of household waste incineration units (UIOM)
These data are updated in the context of a biennial survey on household waste treatment facilities known as “ITOM”, carried out on the data of even years from all operators of DMA treatment facilities in France and in the overseas departments and regions (DROM).
