SNCF agents with disabilities and in service as of December 31st since 2010.
*Following the railway reform, the dataset takes into account staff with disabilities by EPIC, without distinction of status.
* “staff members of the Staff Regulations”: also designated by “permanent manager” within SNCF, this concept refers to a statutory position, regardless of the staff member’s college, in accordance with the provisions of the internal directive RH 001 (“Statute of collective relations between SNCF and its staff”).
* “contract staff”: designates an agent who is not in the Staff Regulations, but who is bound to SNCF by a common employment contract.
Pursuant to [Law No 2005-102 of 11 February 2005](http://www.legifrance.gouv.fr/affichTexte.do?cidTexte=JORFTEXT000000809647) for equal rights and opportunities, participation and citizenship of persons with disabilities, in particular the provisions relating to the calculation of the employment obligation of disabled workers, the number of declarations included in this indicator corresponds to the proportion of employees recognised as workers of the E’pic SNCF, according to the following three criteria: working time, working time and the duration of the validity of the recognition of disabled workers.
This data comes from the Social Review published each year by SNCF’s Cohesion & Human Resources Directorate. The social balance sheet presents data on all the company’s staff, with the exception of doctors who work in the context of occupational medicine and care medicine for active agents, trainees, concierges and assisted contract staff.
**From 2019, the type of staff taken into account by the Social Balance Sheet has been modified: the number of staff presented is the total number (and no longer the actual staff).**
