This dataset lists, by year, the number of male and female holders, on the one hand eligible for promotion (provable) and, on the other hand, the number of men and women who have actually benefited from a grade promotion (either by choice or by professional examination). The **social review** of the Parisian community provides, each year, quantitative but also qualitative information on the human resources of the City of Paris. It traces the evolution of the main indicators relating to human resources policy, be it staff, remuneration, hygiene and safety, careers and training, working conditions and social relations.
