The dataset presents, by department, the number of social housing units and the number of landlords in the department. It also indicates the distribution of social housing by type of operator (OPH, ESH, SEM, others).
The number of donors is calculated in two ways: number of donors per legal entity and number of consolidated donors at group and group level, with capital links or financial solidarity mechanisms.
It should be noted that donors can potentially manage housing in other departments.
The data are from the social rental stock directory and the CDC. They correspond to year N-2 in relation to the year of publication indicated.
They are also valued in the annual publication of the Atlas of Housing and Territories (Banks of the Territories), see reference below.
