Dataset description
Social housing rate (SRU) in 2004 (1.1.2005)
Definition: Entered into force on 14 December 2000, the Law on the
Solidarity and Urban Renewal (SRU) plans to reform the law
city Orientation (LOV, 1991) to ensure distribution
balanced social housing in the territory.
Title II, entitled “Comforting the policy of the city”, advocates the
realisation of at least 20 % of social rental housing in each
urban commune and introduces a new definition of social housing.
