The installations taken into account are those for which a purchase obligation contract was concluded under the Law of 10 February 2000 on the modernisation and development of the public electricity service.
Thus, installations covered by a purchase obligation contract prior to the 2000 Law or under a purchase contract established in the context of invitations to tender are excluded.
Renewable power plants with a power of more than 12 MW with the exception of wind power plants) which do not benefit from a purchase obligation also do not appear in these tables.
Finally, the number of installations in the municipality is broadcast only if it is at least equal to three.
The data provided comes from the purchase obligations files provided by EDF and by all local distribution companies (ELDs).
NB: the SOeS (Observation and Statistics Service) plans to ensure the dissemination of year N data at the end of year N+ 1.
__Origin__
Three genealogies are possible to obtain the series of data constituting a PPR:* L' elaboration of the PPR has taken place a posteriori of the publication of this standard. The master of the PPR was able to take into account the technical specifications of the PPR standard from the start of the procedure.* L' preparation of the PPR and the publication of this standard are concurrent. The geographical data had to be the subject of a “hot” standardisation during the procedure, taking advantage of the knowledge of all stakeholders in the file.* The publication of the standard took place after the adoption of the PPR procedure. The master responsible for managing the PPR decided to take over the file to produce the data in COVADIS format. This production may include the retrieval of pre-existing geographical data as a part of digitisation. This metadata may be usefully supplemented by the characteristics specific to the datasets obtained by indicating whether the quality recommendations (B.4) of the standard have been complied with or possibly measured, and specifying any technical limitations caused by the procedure used.
